Fresh Roast 2.5oz Coffee Roaster

Your Fresh Roast coffee bean roaster is designed to roast approximately 2 1/2 ounces of coffee beans at one time. 2 1/2 ounces of roasted beans will yield 10-12 cups of coffee.
Fill 70cc measuring cup to top or fill to the "FILL TO HERE" mark on the metal band around the glass roasting chamber.
Never overfill glass container with beans as poor results will occur.
Place glass chamber on base unit; place basket and top on glass chamber.
Turn timer knob to 4-minute mark. Beans will roast 4 minutes, then cool for 2 minutes.
Allow beans to cool and machine to turn off before removing top, basket and glass chamber.
When machine shuts off your beans are ready to grind and brew.
