Aged a full three years, this unique full bodied coffee is as rare as it is delicious. Sumatra is one of the few places where coffee can truly "age". Because of the constant (and sometimes debilitating) humidity, green coffee can age and deepen in character, without drying and deteriorating. The cup is woody, thick and rich on the palate, and very low in acidity.
